At Essence Circle, we want you to have a smooth experience with every order.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

or orders with incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives:

Return Authorization
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
If a return is approved, we will provide further instructions where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to the same return and refund eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
If you cancel a subscription after a renewal payment has already processed, the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles and will not retroactively refund processed subscription charges.
