Processing times may vary during periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, promotions, or unforeseen operational delays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after order fulfillment and may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: approximately 3–7 business days

  • International orders: approximately 7–21 business days depending on destination

Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and order size.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If incorrect shipping details are submitted and an order has already entered processing or shipment, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped orders caused by incorrect customer information.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to modify shipping details or cancel the order.
