Some products offered by Essence Circle may be available as subscription purchases.
By purchasing a subscription product, you agree that your payment method will be automatically charged at the selected recurring billing interval unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Customers may pause, skip, modify, or cancel subscriptions at any time before the next billing date through their customer portal or by contacting customer support at info@alsanamanagement.com.
Subscription orders renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
Subscription pricing, discounts, product availability, and promotional offers may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
If you cancel a subscription after a renewal payment has been processed, the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles and will not retroactively refund already processed subscription charges.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used subscription products for safety and hygiene reasons.
If a subscription order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work to make it right.
